At Guruvashisht, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations refunds and returns are handled. By placing an order on our website you agree to the terms mentioned below.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order only before it has been shipped.

  • Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing the order

  • Once the order is shipped it cannot be cancelled

  • To cancel an order please contact our support team with your order details

If the order is cancelled successfully before dispatch a full refund will be initiated.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products returns are accepted only in specific cases.

Returns may be accepted if:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

  • The product is missing from your order

The product must be unused unopened and in original packaging.

Return Request Process

To request a return please follow these steps:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order

  • Share your order number and clear images of the issue

  • Our team will review the request and guide you further

Requests made after 48 hours may not be accepted.

Refund Policy

Once your return request is approved the refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refund processing may take 5 to 7 business days

  • Shipping charges if any are non refundable

If the payment was made online the amount will be credited to the same account.

Non Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Orders placed with incorrect delivery information

  • Products purchased during clearance or special offers

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer product exchanges. In case of damaged or incorrect products a replacement may be provided after verification.

Cancellation by Guruvashisht

Guruvashisht reserves the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing errors

  • Payment issues

  • Incomplete or incorrect customer details

In such cases a full refund will be issued.
